We build enterprise software and run five products of our own, from Guwahati, for clients across India. If you would rather see your work used by real businesses than sit three layers deep inside somebody else’s platform, this is a reasonable place to be.
What it is like here
- You will talk to the client whose system you are building, not through three people.
- Products as well as projects — you will maintain things you wrote two years ago.
- Small team of twenty. Nobody is a line on a resourcing chart.
- We build on stacks a competent developer can pick up, deliberately.
- Guwahati-based, and not pretending otherwise. We like it here.
- Work that ships. Most of what you build will be in daily use within months.

That said, we hire when we meet the right person rather than only when a seat opens. If you build things well, write to biz@arsaviva.com with a link to something working. A repository, a live site, an app somebody actually uses — any of those tells us more than a CV does.
