In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Arsaviva Technologies Private Limited. “You” and “your” mean the person accessing or using this website. “Website” means https://arsaviva.com and all pages published under it.

7. Information you submit, and how we may contact you

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail / fillup the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

Submitting the enquiry form requires you to tick the authorisation box shown beside it; the wording you agreed to, and the date and time, are recorded with your enquiry.

You can withdraw that authorisation at any time by writing to bd@arsaviva.com. How we handle the information you give us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

You confirm that any information you submit through this website is accurate, that it is yours to submit, and that submitting it does not infringe the rights of any other person. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form; if you need to share something confidential, contact us and we will arrange a suitable way to receive it.
