Software we built for ourselves
Five SaaS products, built and operated by Arsaviva. Each one started as a problem we watched our customers struggle with. Each one is live, paid for, and supported by the same team that would build your system.
WhatEdge
whatedge.inCampaigns, chatbots and automated messaging driven by the systems a business already runs — bills and invoices straight from Tally and Busy, payment reminders from Google Sheets, and a shared team inbox behind it all.
Used by: Real estate, education, retail and e-commerce, healthcare, finance and services.
Access Ease
accessease.inRegistrations, ticketing, payments, QR entry and attendee check-in for exhibitions, expos, seminars, conferences and business meets — run from one dashboard on the day.
Used by: Event organisers, exhibition and expo operators, institutions, venues.
Trackrr
trackrr.inSelfie, GPS and timestamp check-in taken at the customer’s location, so attendance is a record rather than a claim. Job assignment, visit history, productivity reporting and WhatsApp alerts on top.
Used by: Field sales, service and maintenance teams, facility management, logistics, construction supervision.
Serviciing
serviciing.comAutomated service-due reminders, booking over WhatsApp, confirmation and status updates, and a review request once the job is done — so customers come back instead of quietly going elsewhere.
Used by: Two-wheeler and four-wheeler service centres, single or multi-location.
Relead
relead.inLead capture, pipeline, follow-ups and sales reporting for businesses of any kind — plus capabilities built specifically for real estate, where enquiries arrive from portals and campaigns in volume and the deal cycle runs over months rather than days.
Used by: Sales teams in any sector; particularly real estate developers and channel partners.
Why a services company builds its own products
It is an unusual thing for a software services company to do, and it is expensive. Products take years to pay back, and every hour spent on them is an hour not billed to a client.
We do it because building a product teaches you things that project work never will. A project ends at handover. A product does not — you are still answering for it in year three, when the customer base has grown tenfold and a decision you made in week two has become the thing holding everything up.
You learn what breaks under real load. You learn that a feature nobody can figure out is a broken feature, however elegant the code. You learn to build for the support queue you will personally be answering.
That is the team that builds your system. It is the main reason to choose us over a firm that has only ever delivered projects and walked away.
Sometimes the product is the answer, not a build
If you need verified field attendance, Trackrr already does it. If you run a vehicle service centre and want customers coming back, that is Serviciing. If you need WhatsApp campaigns and automation, that is WhatEdge. Custom is the right answer when nothing existing fits your process — not when nobody checked.
